Welcome to SeniorLawNow. These terms govern access to and use of services provided by SeniorLawNow, with offices at 32 Ahmad Al-Jaber Street, Block 6, Sharq, Kuwait City 13106, Kuwait (Business ID KW-1237757). Effective as of January 1, 2025.

1. Scope of Services

SeniorLawNow offers personalized legal consulting for retirees, including advice on estate matters, social entitlements, and healthcare directives.

2. Information Products

Digital guides, e-books, and webinars designed for retirees. Access is granted upon full payment of applicable fees.

3. Goods

Physical materials such as print publications, workbooks, and reference kits shipped to your address.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are payable in advance via credit card or bank transfer. Consult our contact form for assistance with settling your account.

5. Cancellation

To cancel a scheduled consultation or order, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time or shipment date. Please use our contact form or call +96578857825.

6. Reimbursement Policy

6.1 Services: If you cancel a legal consultation more than 48 hours before the appointment, we will reimburse the full service fee within 14 business days to the original payment method. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance are subject to a 50% nonrefundable charge to cover administrative preparation.

6.2 Information Products: Digital materials are available for review within 7 days of purchase. If you are dissatisfied, you may request a reimbursement within this period. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 10 business days as a credit to your original payment source.

6.3 Goods: Physical shipments can be sent back within 14 days of delivery. You must use a tracked shipping method and notify SeniorLawNow in advance. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will issue a credit for the product fee, less any shipping expenses, within 15 business days.

6.4 Nonrefundable Arrangements: Customized legal plans, ongoing retainer packages, and any service expressly marked as nonrefundable at purchase cannot be reimbursed. These arrangements involve dedicated preparation time and allocation of resources that cannot be repurposed.

6.5 Rescheduling: We offer a one-time rescheduling option for consultations at no extra charge, provided notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service or product. SeniorLawNow shall not be liable for indirect or incidental losses.
